Warranty
Prior to closing, Silver Summit Development Group buyers are invited to a “Pre-Closing Inspection,” at which time the on-site Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all systems, answer buyers’ questions, inspect every aspect of the residence, and identify any work required prior to completion of the home. SSDG’s Customer Service Team will visit approximately 45 days following the closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency. SSDG’s experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service Team addresses other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the One Year Limited Warranty. *Please refer to Exhibit G in purchase agreement for a description of all applicable warranty terms and conditions.
